Puff pastry, spread some vegemite over it then add some grated cheese over. Roll it into a log then cut it up!

Me thinks you should be taking some bottles of Vegemite home with you - those kids of yours can't be deprived of an Aussie lifeline ... 'a rose in every cheek' ... look what I found http://www.vegemite.com.au
for your mates back home to look-up...

hehe, bakers delight, kaya and i are mad on their choc chip hot x buns....i do not see slim in my near future.....i think the trick would be getting the vege/bread/cheese balance just right

Ok, now... I see Vegemite at places like World Market but I have NO idea what it tastes like. I've only heard of Vegemite in the lyrics of Men At Work. ;o) HA! I'm sure you get that all the time. Anyway, looking at your pic, makes me wanna try it. That looks SUPER good. I'm Italian, so anything that involves dough and cheese.. I'm all over it!
Ciao for now!

what is that?
Posted by: catherine feegel-erhardt | January 30, 2008 at 03:40 PM
well as we have the equivalant of vegemite as marmite... i do love cheese on toast with marmite. I suppose if I rolled up my toast, it might be the same? LOL.
Enjoy "choc chill".... dont know why but it makey me laugh :)
Posted by: kirsty wiseman | January 30, 2008 at 06:00 PM
so is that like Vegemite and cheese all rolled up? the cheese part sounds yummy, but the Vegemite part I'll have to get used to...
and if choc Chill is like chocolate milk, I'll have to pass. a traumatic childhood experience....

yummo...vegemite on fresh white bread...mmmmmmm yummm.
i do love the scroll...
for those who dont know vegemite is salty..
delish, but for me you cant apply it to thick...its not like peanut butter or jam..
spread thinly and its delish...

I just wanted to say thanks for the great "Got Paint?" class. I did 3 of the 4 week projects and loved them all. You got me back into my groove. I mentioned you on my blog this morning, with props to you and I'd love to take another class from you. Will you be doing another?
Always enjoy your blog-thanks!

It looks like a cinnabon so I'd say bread dough patted out, spread with vegemite, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up like a swiss roll, cut slices and put cut slice side up in a baking tray and bake at about 200degres C until browned (mabe 10 minutes)
