no, still almost 3 weeks till this little one should be entering the world! (but thanks for asking)
as part of our 'simple life' here in perth, we don't have the internet at home (shocking, i know!) - i normally visit my mum a few times a week and get online then, but due to a very rainy rainy grey week i have instead been holed up at home with the fire going
knitting
drawing with the girls
making soup
reading, reading reading
doing lots of cat and cow to try and budge the sideways baby
enjoying my dad and brother being home from their overseas travels
eating cherry ripes
watching arrested development every night in bed
going to sleep at approximately 9.17pm
i'm really quite exciting you see!
i am loving our simple life.
regular blogging to (hopefully) appear next week!

Glad to hear you are enjoying being home so much, enjoying family time before the big arrival :)
Good Luck for your birth and the baby spinning, due in 6 weeks here and i cant wait :)

I know you have probably gotten a lot of "advice" on how to turn the baby. But the headphones with awesome music placed at my pubic bone while laying inverted for a couple of times a day turned my baby. Blessings for you and your family!!!

rainy and grey here too,,,, you make me laugh with your cherry ripes! What else have you indulged on since being home? Did you notice Cadburys choc tastes different now?

I love that you love Arrested Development! The pilot is one of my favorites. All the laughing that has to go along with the Bluth familly is probably helping to nudge the baby too. :-)

Em,
Try hip circles and shimmying from belly danceing. Apparantly it opens up the birth canal to get baby ready.

A couple of my students had success with supported bridge and while in the pose, massaging the belly in the direction you want the baby to turn. Good luck!

Your simple life sounds wonderful... I revel at the thought that someday, I will have a simple life, with crafts, and writing, and no honking horns and car alarms going off...

Glad all is well! I was due 3 days ago, still waiting. Your simple life sounds great, I could do with things being more simple.

Sounds like a beautiful 52 Q for us - especially if we havn't slowed down or simplified something in our lives (Um - that would be me.) I'll think I'll do a 'non-official' 'What have I done to simplify something this week ?' tag.
thanks emily for your constant encouragement and openness. what a lovely gift to us all.
