I think all moms should be able to sleep in every single day.

I'm not a morning person either. I have a theory that morning people are naturally type A and non-morning people are type B. I'm ok with that.

I wake up so many Saturdays and Sundays with toys in my bed too! Won't last forever so trying to love it instead of lose it!

I get up early, make tea, and don't move very fast - surf blogs, check email, read a little, before getting everyone else up and heading off to work - so while you're snoozing in your lovely colorful bed surrounded by toys left by your lovelies, I'm sipping tea, reading your blog, and never fail to be moved by your posts. Thought I should let you know that :) Thanks.

I'm right there with you! Not a morning person...I like to stay up way to late reading.

You are truly an artist. I once asked a musician if he was a night own or a morning lark, and he looked at me like I was daft or something: "I'm a musician," he said. As though he was saying, "I'm artistic and that naturally precludes being a morning lark. All musicians are night owls. Duh!"
I, as an artistic person myself, can totally relate to your late mornings. I homeschool partly because I can set my own hours for it. No early mornings for me!
