i have been getting outside every day this winter...i love the hear the snow crunching under my feet. we bundle up and out we go...
of course it helps that this year is much warmer than last, and i have a nice pair of winter boots to be out in! i am really loving that we get to experience these four distinct seasons, each with their own special flavour.

You definitely experienced the full brunt of new England winter last year. This year is different and next will be different again. The seasons are always changing here which makes it kind of exciting. Like a little gift from God each turn.......and that's why people put up with the craziness of it because it's beautiful. So glad you see it too!

Good for you! I find it too easy to say "It's too cold out!" and wind up staying indoors. I think it's wonderful that you, a transplant from a much warmer climate, can embrace the cold and get right out there! :)

It seems we missed winter here and went right from fall to mud season. We haven't seen a substantial snow fall since November!

I am so happy you're loving this winter. Last winter was really difficult and cold. Good, warm boots make everything better.
