Gorgeous photos Em, the kids look so cute all bundled up to keep warm - you are a good mumma to get out and about in it all - i think i'd be shivering under a pile of doonas ! And look at Banjo shovelling snow, what a guy !!!

love all those pointy-hatted-fluffily-clad little munchkins of yours! yindi is getting sooooo big! reminds me to get out there more and enjoy the snow, even when i'd so rather stay inside, close to the fire.

I'm so glad you're enjoying it. I remember your first winter here in New England and how long and hard it was for you all. I've lived in New England my whole life and as an adult, I had to re-embrace the winter like I did when I was a child to truly love it again.

I do have to say, though, that you'll never find me out on a frozen lake, pond, or stream. They scare the crap out of me!

What wonderful photos and your kids are sure enjoying the snow. :)

I've read your blog since you lived in LA and had a few less kiddos running around. I was wondering how you would adjust to the NE- Such beautiful country you live in. Take care and hope the bloggin blues disappear fast. We love your posts...
