i had some fun today sticking pictures and things into my travel journal - the bags are all still unpacked but who cares?!!
i took my little journal (made from a pack of old index cards i got for 50c) and small cigar box of supplies with me on the trip and wrote a little something every day - it was also fun to grab business cards and brochures wherever we went and stick those in too.
here is my kit all ready to go before we left (its a little more well loved looking now, but then...so am i!)
pictures i just printed onto paper from my computer...
and a bunch of receipts and tags from all my shopping escapades!
i wrote my article this month for todays mama on 'scrapbooking on the road' (which i LOVE to do), with more pictures and my method of madness when it came to creating my travel album - it should be up tomorrow or the next day :)
Oh, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
