i've been in bed for the last few days with a nasty dose of mastitis. not fun - but the smelly old cabbage leaves seem to be doing the trick as i'm feeling a lot better today.
what was fun was having my dear friend chels come for a visit last week from tasmania! it was her first time to perth, so we hit up a few favourite places and took lots of photos. more on that tomorrow!
so it seems i am not the only one wishing for more sleep these days! the divine dreaming meditation kit (i really wish you were all getting it!) goes to:
this might just be the answer to my sleep-deprived life...i could really use a good night sleep.

YOU CAN MAKE A STRONG THYME TEA AND USE IT AS A COMPRESS FOR YOUR MASTITIS
ADD 1/4 C OF DRIED THYME TO 2 CUPS OF BOILING WATER FOR 30 MIN, STRAIN AND REHEAT. DIP THE CLOTH IN THE HERBAL LIQUID AND APPLY AS YOUR COMPRESS, REPEAT AS NECESSARY
YOU CAN ALSO MIX SLIPPERY ELM POWDER WITH ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A PASTE AND APPLY TO A CLOTH AND PUT ON AFFECTED AREA
HOPE YOU GET BETTER!

That photo of you guys is awesome! It was great to meet you and your family, even though for a brief moment. Hope you're feeling better. Mastitis put me right off breastfeeding! Wendy xxx

Mastitis - blech!! Not fun for anyone in the family! My only advice, gathered from other mums when I had it - keep feeding, use hot compresses (super-hot flannels do the trick) before feeds, take antibiotics if you need to (I know, poor bubba, but they work!).
